Eight of Our Favorite Venues

First let me premise this blog post by clarifying that this is not a complete list nor are we being compensated in any way by the venues listed, this is just opinion based. I asked our three lead designers—Shawna, Nicole & Chelsea— which venues were some of their favorites, and in some cases, they even listed off some of their favorite events at said venues! So here they are, 8 of our favorite venues:

The Ritz-Carlton

Dana Point, CA

One of the reasons this came up first is because there are so many different areas that an event can be held, coming in at a total of nine reception areas, four of which are outdoors, the opportunities are endless to make every event unique. Not to mention, the views (both inside and out) are exquisite. Here are some of our own events at this venue…

Pelican Hill

Newport Beach, CA

As far as wedding venues go, this is one of the most easily recognizable by their gorgeous rotunda that most couples choose as their ceremony site—though there are some who also have their reception on this same lawn! I think one of the main reasons this came out as one of our favorites is because of how easy it is to transform this space into something beautiful and magical, yet different every time. Take a look at what I mean…

The Montage

Laguna Beach, CA

If you have ever been to the Montage, then you know how huge it is! Seriously, you can get lost in there real quick! With eight different sites to have your event, the possibilities are endless. A couple could easily have their ceremony on one of three lawns, their cocktail hour in the outdoor courtyard and then their reception in the grand ballroom. Here are just a few of our events at this venue…

The Hyatt Regency

Huntington Beach, CA

From ballrooms to courtyards, The Hyatt Regency has had some amazing events! Many couples have chosen to do an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception, and the results did not disappoint. Here are some of our weddings that did just that…

The millennium biltmore

Los angeles, CA

While the outside of this hotel is beautiful in its own right, the inside of this hotel is really where the magic is held. With seven different rooms and ballrooms offered, there is one that stands out among the rest. Holding up to 800 guests, the Crystal ballroom features a hand-painted 30-foot ceiling, majestic balconies, and magnificent Austrian crystal chandeliers. Here is one of our favorite events in that very ballroom…

Vibiana

Los angeles, CA

Originally the City’s first Archdiocese Catholic cathedral, Vibiana has been beautifully transformed into a stunning full service event facility. We have had the pleasure of transforming the spaces of the Vibiana for weddings, parties and photoshoots. Take a look at some of these amazing events…

AV Irvine

Irvine, CA

This venue is made for premiere events! From weddings, birthday parties & corporate events, the possibilities are endless! We have had the pleasure of working here on quite a few occasions, and the room transformations are always stunning! For that reason it has made our list, check out some of our favorites…

Quixote studios

los angeles, Ca

Last, but certainly not least is this venue! It is truly a blank space that is ready and willing to be molded into whatever is needed. We got to design the annual Halloween Party for makeup mogul Anastasia Soare—owner of Anastasia Beverly Hills. Take a look at how we created an immersive design for her guests…

& There you have it, 8 of our favorite venues we have had the pleasure of working at! Thank you to everyone who helped bring each of these events to life! We appreciate each and every one of you. Also huge thank you to all photographers who provided these images for us.
